Customer Service Associate Role

In the role of Customer Service Associate (CSA), you'll be the welcoming presence that adds the "wow" to every customer experience. We're proud of our brand's reputation for prioritizing people and making each day a bit brighter.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and interact with customers to meet their needs promptly and courteously.
  • Prepare delicious foods, including breakfast items, sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas, while keeping our coffee area tidy.
  • Manage cash transactions, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID checks for age-restricted items.
  • Maintain a well-stocked store with fresh, inviting shelves.
  • Follow all procedures to ensure a clean and safe store environment.
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.

Compensation Details

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $15.00 to $18.75, depending on experience and role specifics. A $1.50 differential is provided for hours worked between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. We will make reasonable accommodations for applicants as required by law.
