Service Scheduling Coordinator

A company is looking for a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support customers by coordinating service schedules and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling of routine maintenance and emergency service repairs with customers

Review accounts based on trouble notifications and provide technical support to resolve issues

Support field service technicians and discuss referral programs and new products with customers

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant customer service and scheduling experience

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers

Proficient in company-specific monitoring center software for CRM and scheduling

Basic technical ability to understand and explain necessary steps to customers

Must complete ADC Technician Certification training within 90 days
