Service Executive III

A company is looking for a Service Executive III responsible for managing client relationships and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee client servicing relationships and ensure alignment with internal and external leadership

Manage complex client programs and initiatives, providing expert oversight and resolution management

Serve as the main operational point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication

Required Qualifications

Five (5) years of experience in client relationship or servicing within the financial services industry

Experience in driving strategic initiatives and customer success

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Project Management experience is preferred
