Key Responsibilities

Own and operate the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, ensuring a reliable digital experience for caregivers

Design, scale, and run Nexthink to turn endpoint telemetry into actionable insights and automation

Lead technical standards, mentor engineers, and shape the DEX roadmap while managing the full service lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience

8 or more years of related experience in Information Technology

Strong experience in automation and n-tier solutions

Experience with resilience modeling and service outage simulations

Proven ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making and process improvement
