Key Responsibilities

Answer member, provider, and broker inquiries regarding product information, claims resolution, and billing questions

Resolve complex inquiries by gathering information and verifying claims accuracy while documenting client interactions

Mentor and lead lower-level Customer Service Advocates, ensuring accurate and consistent information delivery

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

5 years of customer service experience

5 or more years of experience in a call center customer service role, preferably with medical or insurance terminology

Ability to navigate PC systems and perform data entry

Experience in mentoring or coaching team members
