B2B Service Specialist

A company is looking for a B2B Service Specialist (Remote Opportunity).
Key Responsibilities
Provide service and escalation support for top accounts, including complex bookings and modifications
Communicate policies while fulfilling travel advisor expectations and achieving first call resolution
Enhance customer experience by offering upgrades and providing education on booking systems
Required Qualifications
Computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office
Ability to navigate the internet
1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
Travel experience is a plus
