Your Responsibilities

Customer Service Representatives manage customer queries by innovatively addressing a range of questions, issues, and concerns.

• Respond attentively to customer inquiries
• Deliver outstanding customer service through active listening
• Protect and handle sensitive customer information carefully
• Strive to resolve issues promptly on the first call
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Calmly attempt to resolve any issues and de-escalate situations
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Record call-related information for audit and reporting
• Provide feedback about call-related issues
• Upsell services if required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least six months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to type at a minimum speed of 25 words per minute
• Familiar with Windows-based systems and desktop computer use
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
• A college degree is an advantage but not mandatory
