In this role as a Digital Customer Service Representative, you will actively handle customer queries through various channels, resolve issues, and document interactions. Healthcare Customer Service Representatives interact with customers and develop creative ways to resolve various questions and concerns. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Address and de-escalate challenging situations
  • Escalate issues when necessary
  • Respond to requests and may handle payment processing
  • Accurately document details of each interaction for records and audits
  • Share feedback about call experiences
  • Upsell services if required

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work remotely as part of a virtual team
  • Preferably at least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Comfortable working on desktop computer systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Internet connection with a minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps
  • Minimum upload speed of 3.0 Mbps
  • Internet service provider with no packet loss and less than 50ms ping
  • Proof of internet speed
  • Clean and quiet work environment
