Role Overview

Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representatives support customers by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive service experience. This role involves handling a variety of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.

You will communicate with customers across multiple channels and contribute to a team-oriented environment that supports continuous improvement and career development.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Support and Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and attentive manner
  • Deliver high-quality customer service through active listening and clear communication
  • Protect and manage sensitive customer information responsibly
  • Work toward resolving issues during the initial interaction whenever possible
  • Calmly address concerns and de-escalate situations as needed
  • Escalate issues according to established procedures
  • Document interaction details for audit, quality, and reporting purposes
  • Share feedback related to recurring customer issues or trends
  • Support upselling activities when appropriate

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Familiarity with desktop computers and Windows-based systems
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
  • College education is helpful but not required
