Your Role as a Call Center Representative - Telecommute (Automotive)
You’ll play a key role in supporting customers by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering tailored solutions. You’ll work with a team that values collaboration and innovation while ensuring each customer interaction reflects professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through phone, chat, email, or social media to provide assistance and resolve issues
- Handle customer concerns calmly and escalate when necessary
- Process account information or payments accurately and securely
- Maintain detailed records for reporting and quality assurance
- Provide constructive feedback to improve support processes
- Identify opportunities for additional assistance or product recommendations
- Meet established goals for service quality and productivity

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months in a customer service or related environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
- Post-secondary education beneficial but not required
Work From Home Requirements
- Internet speeds of at least 25.0 Mbps download and 10.0 Mbps upload
- Stable connection with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Not permitted: satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN connections
- Verified proof of internet speed required
