Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for both office and remote workstations. This entry-level position is ideal for a tech-savvy individual who enjoys solving problems and delivering excellent user support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues involving desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Software Support: Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems and company software applications.
  • Ticket Management: Monitor, document, and resolve user support requests through the ticketing system while providing timely updates to staff.
  • User Setup: Assist with employee onboarding by preparing hardware, setting up user accounts, and performing basic network troubleshooting.
  • End-User Support: Provide both on-site and remote technical support to employees as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 0–2+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Abilities: Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 Annualized
