What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage end-to-end shipment operations, including order creation, load building, scheduling, tracking, event entry, and invoicing
• Monitor task boards and emails to ensure timely completion of shipment activities
• Document shipment events accurately and validate load data within internal systems
• Identify and escalate shipment issues, discrepancies, or urgent requests as needed
• Support customer and carrier inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and high levels of satisfaction
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma required
• Previous customer service experience in a call center and/or office environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness and availability to work evenings and/or weekends
