delaware North America is looking for an SAP Service Cloud Lead with Utilities experience that wants to be part of our team. The right person for this role will need to have experience with S/4 HANA implementation experience. Position is available immediately!

Skills & Experience

Leading, designing and architecting the implementation of Customer servicve solutions in the IS-U framework. Integrating with front-office Service Cloud (C4C) and back-office systems like FICA/Billing.

Ensuring best practices, guiding teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering seamless digital customer experiences for utility companies configuration, and management of billing output (invoices, statements) for utility companies.

3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations

Experience leading teams remotely, onsite and offshore

Experience interfacing with clients to understand their business requirements
