Part-Time Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Flexible Hours, Zero Holidays, All Heart

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Welcome clients and check patients in/out
  • Process invoices and collect payment
  • Call clients with follow-up information from our doctors
  • Craft clear, compassionate communications
  • Support our medical team to ensure a seamless, fear‐free experience

Required Qualifications

  • A friendly, outgoing personality that puts people (and pets) at ease
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment
  • Strong grammar and communication skills for client and doctor interactions
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with email, texting platforms, and online systems
  • A compassionate nature with the ability to remain calm under pressure
